• Onboarding, training, managing, and compensating both in-house staff and third-party repair vendors.  
• Ensuring unit turnovers are completed within 7 days of move-out.  
• Preventing deferred maintenance through proactive monitoring and verification of completed work orders.  
• Preparing units to meet and exceed Section 8 inspection standards when applicable.  

We utilize cost-effective property management software that integrates seamlessly to support all operational needs, including accounting, leasing, work order tracking, maintenance portals, vendor payments, investor reporting, and more. 

 We ensure full compliance with all applicable government regulations by:

• Paying local, state, and federal taxes promptly.
• Conducting annual inspections for fire safety, pools, backflow systems, and elevators.
• Registering rental properties with city or state authorities, as required.

 We prioritize efficient rental income management and proactive delinquency oversight by:

• Offering multiple payment options, including card, ACH, WIPS, e-check, and more.
• Conducting routine audits to track delinquencies and collections.
• Filing for evictions in compliance with local laws when necessary.
   

We maintain precise financial records to ensure transparency and accuracy, including:

• Detailed income statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements, and other financial reports.
• Timely payments to employees and vendors.
• Efficient management of payouts to investors.

• Hosting monthly progress report meetings to update all associated investors.
