Founding partners Ryan Pearlman and Austin Liebman bring a combined 13 years of expertise in the acquisition and management of real estate investments. Currently, LP Capital Group owns and operates mobile home parks across Georgia and East Alabama, along with a range of residential assets in North Florida. As our portfolio grows throughout the Eastern United States, we continue to strengthen partnerships with top-tier investors, brokers, and property managers, building on a foundation of excellence.
Our value-add strategy focuses on acquiring, operating, and strategically selling assets within a 3–10 year timeframe. This approach enables us to achieve impressive metrics, including high MOIC and AAR. We target both turn-key properties and those with significant value-add potential, such as distressed or vacant assets.
Ryan Pearlman - Partner
Ryan Pearlman is a seasoned real estate investment specialist with a focus on identifying acquisition opportunities and managing B and C-class real estate assets. With extensive experience in real estate finance, asset management, and deal structuring for 30 to 100+ unit commercial properties, Ryan brings a comprehensive approach to maximizing asset value.
His expertise lies in conducting due diligence for new acquisitions, fostering strong investor relations, and crafting strategic deal structures that align with LP Capital Group’s growth objectives.
Austin Liebman - Partner
Austin Liebman is a highly skilled real estate accountant specializing in Class A to C multifamily apartment complexes. With extensive experience managing accounting, finance, and property operations for portfolios exceeding 3,000 units, Austin brings a wealth of expertise to LP Capital Group.
His core specialties include comprehensive accounting services, detailed investor reporting, asset operations management, and property audits, all of which support the firm’s commitment to transparency and operational excellence.
